TE Connectivity Low-Medium Current Connectors and Headers support hybrid and electric vehicle device architectures with options for 2- and 3-position configurations. These connectors and headers accommodate multi-core or individually shielded wires and use an integrated internal HVIL system. The Low-Medium Current Connectors and Headers feature a 2.8 mm MCP and 064 MQS terminals and support wire ranges from 2mm² to 4 mm². These devices come with a current rating of 40A and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +140°C. Typical applications include battery packs, DC/DC converters, electric heaters, electric power steering, electric air conditioning, on-board chargers, and high-voltage power distribution.
