TDK CKG MEGACAP Type MLCCs
TDK CKG MEGACAP Type MLCCs are automotive-grade capacitors with metal frames that reduce mechanical stress and thermal shock for high reliability. These capacitors are available in single and stacked configurations, with the stacked type providing twice the capacitance within the same mounting area. The CKG MEGACAP Type Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) offer C0G, X5R, X7R, X7S, and X7T temperature characteristics, with rated voltages ranging from 16Vdc to 1000Vdc depending on the configuration. These MLCCs are designed for smoothing and decoupling, LC resonant circuits in onboard chargers (OBCs), and wireless power transfer.
