TDK CGA Series Automotive MLCCs
TDK CGA Series Automotive MLCCs are mid-voltage AEC-Q200 qualified MLCCs that support circuits to which high voltages with rated voltages of 100V to 630V are applied. Dielectric options include C0G, X7R, X7S, and X7T, with temperature coefficient or capacitance changes ranging from 0±30 ppm/°C to +22,-33%. They are available in a variety of case sizes and thicknesses ranging from 0.50mm to 3.20mm. Applications include wireless charging units, DC-DC converter, inverter, a charger on board, high voltage circuit decoupling, smoothing, and snubber, resonant circuit, and more.
