TDK B88069X Gas Plasma Surge Arrestors
TDK B88069X Gas Plasma Surge Arrestors or Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs) are designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits. These surge arrestors are hermetically sealed and contain two or three electrodes separated by insulators and filled with a noble gas. The B88069X gas plasma surge arrestors stay inactive under normal conditions because of their low capacitance and high insulation resistance. Typical applications include data lines, cable modems, antenna protection, and DSL line cards.
