TDK B725 Series Multilayer Varistors

TDK B725 Automotive Standard Series Multilayer Varistors offer robust and reliable ESD protection up to 30kV for automotive applications. These AEC-Q200-compliant varistors deliver high lifetime robustness and energy absorption without temperature derating up to +125°C and feature surge current handling from 5A to 400A. The B725 series multilayer varistors offer a low leakage current from 1μA to 25μA at rated DC voltage and a 32VDC voltage rating, all within a compact 0603 to 1210 case size range. Typical applications include battery lines, engine management systems, and electronic control units.
