TDK C Series High-Temperature X8R MLCCs
TDK C Series High-Temperature (X8R) Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors (MLCCs) feature stable temperature characteristics and higher reliability performance up to 150°C. The C high-temperature (X8R) MLCCs are available in 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210 case sizes. These high-temperature (X8R) MLCCs offer a rated voltage range of 4V to 630V. Typical applications include industrial routers, LCD/LED backlighting displays, lighting, switches, measurement instruments used in high-temperature environments, smart meters, and grid solar micro-inverter.
