TDK AVR Series Chip Varistors offer symmetrical current-voltage characteristics, eliminating the need for polarity consideration. These varistors possess excellent electrostatic absorption capability while maintaining symmetrical characteristics post-absorption. The AVR varistors come in a wide range of voltage options (6.8V to 39V) and offer low capacitance variants down to 1.1pF. The 2 in 1 array types are available, along with various chip sizes including 0603, 1005, 1608, and 2012, as well as the 1410-array type.
