TAIYO YUDEN Automotive-Grade MLCCs

TAIYO YUDEN Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and have a high value of up to 47μF. These MLCCs have a capacitance range from 100pF to 47µF and a voltage range from 4VDC to 100VDC. The AEC-Q200 MLCCs utilize nickel for electrode material and plating, enhancing solderability and heat resistance characteristics, and thereby achieving heightened reliability. Typical applications include automotive, communication infrastructure, industrial, and telecommunications.
