Samtec TSW PCB Header Strips are 2.54mm pitch, extended-life connectors designed for high mating cycle applications, with a wide range of pin counts, lead styles, and configuration options. These strips feature a 0.635mm square post contact system with through-hole termination and support reliable board-level connections. The TSW PCB headers are available in vertical and right-angle orientations, with single, double, or multiple row configurations. These header strips support various plating options, including gold and tin, to suit different performance and cost requirements. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C with gold plating and -55°C to +105°C with tin plating. Typical applications include automotive, industrial, and space.
