Phoenix Contact Radioline Wireless I/O Communication Modules are a software-free solution for replacing wires in simple I/O and serial communication applications. These modules are available in 2.4GHz and 900MHz variants, and they can span distances from a few hundred feet to miles. The platform offers simple I/O-to-I/O communication without programming, while advanced features like high-speed serial communication, 250-node network topologies, and 128-bit AES encryption are accessible via free software.
