MMSZx silicon zener diodes meet EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directive lead-free standards and are perfect for automated assembly procedures. The MMSZx zener diodes feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C, with a maximum zener voltage of 51V and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
