PANJIT MER2Dx Super Fast Recovery Rectifiers

PANJIT MER2Dx Super Fast Recovery Rectifiers have a plastic package with an underwriter laboratory flammability classification at 94V-O. The MER2Dx super fast recovery rectifiers are available in low forward voltage and high current capability. MER2Dx are surface-mount rectifiers that come with superfast recovery times and epitaxial construction. These rectifiers can operate at temperatures ranging from -55°C to +175°C at a maximum reverse voltage of 200V. MER2Dx super fast recovery rectifiers offer a maximum average forward current of 2A. Typical applications include audio amplifiers, battery chargers, inverters, LED drivers, medical equipment, motor control, and power supplies.
