PANDUIT Range Taking Clamps
PANDUIT Range Taking Clamps are cable tie mounts that are versatile for securing and routing electrical cables and hydraulic or pneumatic hoses in heavy-duty vehicle applications. These range-taking clamps incorporate RTCM3EBL-L350, a metal bracket for high torque fastening, and RTCBES10-TL and RTCBE90S10-C, a cable ties mount that allows for vertical and horizontal routing. The bracket is produced with 14-gauge zinc plated steel for durability against corrosive environments. The cable ties mount easily snaps into place and can be oriented in a variety of ways to meet specific wire harness wiring requirements including horizontal and vertical paths. These devices provide a fast and reliable connection that reduces inventory over traditional fastening methods by accommodating a wide variety of bundle sizes (1” to 5”). The range-taking clamps are ideally used in heavy-duty trucks, off-road vehicles, construction equipment, and Electric Vehicles (EV).

The components that make up the range-taking clamps are sold separately. The solution set starts with a mount (RTCM3EBL) that pairs with a choice selection of either a flat bracket (RTCBES10) or a 90-degree bracket (RTCBE90S10-C). When assembled and installed to a frame or other attachment location, the part is ready to affix a cable tie of choice to bundle the cable run.

Panduit Range-Taking Clamps are able to accommodate cable bundles between 1 and 5 inches in diameter and have a flammable rating of UL94. The system consists of a clamp mount that is attached to a surface using either a flat or 90-degree mounting brackets with a three-eighths bolt. The brackets are made using 14-gauge zinc plated steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and they operate from negative 60 to 115 degrees Celsius.
