Panasonic POSCAP Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors have stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature and low Electrostatic Resistance (ESR). These capacitors are available in several series that include solid electrolyte chip capacitors, including TDC, TPB, TPC, TPE, TPF, TPG, TPSF, TPU, and TQC. These capacitors use a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high-conductivity polymer for a cathode, which yields low ESR levels and reliable performance in high-frequency applications. The capacitors offer a voltage range of 2VDC to 35VDC and a capacitance range of 3.9µF to 1500µF. POSCAP capacitors have high reliability, heat resistance, and volumetric capacitance efficiency. The capacitors come in a range of compact sizes, making them ideal for digital applications and high-frequency devices.
