Panasonic EYG Type Pyrolytic Graphite Sheets (PGS) with Semi-Sealing Material (SSM) are elastomer layers that help to improve the spread of heat produced by a PC board. These SSM layers are compressible and fill the voids that are inherently present on the circuit board for improved contact with the heat source. These sheets are ideal for use in applications where both thermal management and electrical isolation are required.
