Panasonic EZJZ Series Multilayer Varistors

Panasonic EZJZ Series Multilayer Varistors offer Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection for DC voltage and high-speed signal lines. These varistors use advanced material technology and meet IEC61000-4-2, level 4 standards. The EZJZ varistors can replace 2 Zener diodes and 1 capacitor and feature semiconductive ceramic construction. These multilayer varistors provide excellent electrostatic resistance and solderability from lead-free plating terminal electrodes. The EZJZ multilayer varistors offer a maximum capacitance tolerance of ±20%, an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, and find applications in interfaces such as USB 2.0, IEEE1394, HDMI, antenna circuits, and controllers.
