Panasonic ERJ-H High Temperature Resistors

Panasonic ERJ-H High Temperature Resistors are thick-film chip resistors designed for automotive and industrial applications requiring superior reliability. These devices feature a metal glaze, thick-film resistive element, and a robust electrode structure, with excellent stability. The ERJ-H resistors meet AEC-Q200 and RoHS standards, ensuring their suitability for designs that require high reliability and are environmentally friendly. These components that support both reflow and flow soldering processes are available in tape packaging and operate within a wide temperature range from -55°C to +175°C. The series offers a voltage range from 50V to 400V and a rated current of up to 2A.
