Panasonic ECW-FJ Plastic Film Capacitors
Panasonic ECW-FJ Plastic Film Capacitors use a metallized polypropylene film in a non-inductive construction with a flame-retardant plastic case. These capacitors support operation across wide temperature ranges and withstand thermal shock conditions defined in the datasheet. The ECW-FJ plastic film capacitors feature a rated voltage of 800V and 1100V and a minimum capacitance of 1µF. These devices come with a capacitance tolerance of ±5% and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +110°C. Applications include AC/DC converter circuits in xEV systems and high-frequency, high-current circuits.
