AN26072A is LNA-IC for VHF and UHF Band (40 MHz to 900 MHz) Applications while realizing high performance by using SiGe Bi-CMOS process (fT = 90 GHz, fmax = 140 GHz). High/Low Gain-mode is changeable, controlled by integrated CMOS logic circuit, and achieves miniaturization by using small size package.
