OSRAM LW T6SH.CB Series TOPLEDs are compact PLCC‑2 surface-mount LEDs featuring an integrated reflector for consistent white light output. Housed in a 3.2mm x 2.8mm x 1.83mm package, they operate from -40°C to +110°C with a 110° viewing angle. At 20mA, they deliver 19.5lm while consuming just 0.15W, making them ideal for display backlighting, automotive ambient lighting, and general white surface-mount illumination.
