OSRAM OSLON LX ECE LEDs combine a compact 3mm × 3mm footprint with high efficiency and an electrically insulated thermal pad. These LEDs feature an SMD ceramic package with a silicone lens, a typical radiation angle of 120°, and corrosion robustness class 3B. The OSLON LX ECE LEDs come with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C with 8kV ESD withstand voltage. These devices are qualified based on AEC-Q101-REV-C guidelines and are suitable for static forward lighting applications.
