Osram OSLON Black SFH 4715 Series High Power LEDs

OSRAM OSLON Black SFH 4715 Series High Power LEDs are the smallest infrared LEDs with more than 1W of optical power. These LEDs have a small package with an integrated lens that allows superior compact arrangements with very high power density. The LEDs feature Nanostack chip technology that allows the typical optical power to reach 1070mW at an operating current of 1A. SFH 4715 LEDs have adapted outcoupling lens with ±45º emission angle that delivers 15% more output power than components without a lens. These LEDs also offer lifetimes of up to 50,000 hours, even at high drive currents, and are perfect for applications like CCTV, machine vision, night vision, or number plate recognition systems.
