Osram SFH Infrared Emitters
ams OSRAM SFH Infrared (IR) Emitters encompass a wide range of series, such as OSLON Black, TOPLED, Power TOPLED, and Radial T1 3/4. IR emitters are available in standard, high power, and low power versions, with surface mount (SMD/SMT) and through hole mounting available. Wavelength ranges from 850nm to 950nm, and radiant intensity ranges from 2mW/sr to 1800 mW/sr. Beam angles range from 6 degrees to 150 degrees, and power rating ranges from 26mW to 16W. The SFH infrared emitters are useful for a wide range of applications, including but not limited to access control and security, authentication, eye, face, and hand tracking, factory automation, home and building automation, and medical lighting.
