OHMITE TEH100 Series Thick Film Power Resistors
OHMITE TEH100 Series Thick Film Power Resistors are designed to deliver 100W of power. The power resistors are housed in a fully enclosed and insulated TO-247 package, featuring a low ohmic value and a non-inductive design. TEH100 resistors are equipped with a fully molded casing to ensure environmental protection. Additionally, attaching them to a heat sink is simplified with a single screw mounting mechanism. These power resistors provide a minimum insulation resistance of 10GΩ and a dielectric strength of 1800VAC. Typically, TEH100 thick film power resistors find use in high-frequency and pulse-loading applications.
