OHMITE MCS Metal Current Sense Resistors
OHMITE MCS Metal Current Sense Resistors are built on resistive metal alloy mOhm technology in a surface-mount configuration. The resistors are designed for high reliability, each resistor features a flame-retardant epoxy protective coat and a 96% alumina substrate for efficient thermal dissipation. These MCS resistors operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and an insulation resistance of >102MΩ. The MCS resistors offer a resistance range from 0.005Ω to 0.050Ω and a maximum tolerance of 5%. Typical applications include automotive electronics, battery chargers, industrial electronics, and telecommunications.
