OHMITE W Series Heatsinks are an all-in-one solution for through-hole mounting of TO-220, TO-247, and TO-264 packages. They combine an extruded aluminum heat sink body with a tin-plated, solderable, integral spring clip. To improve thermal performance, these self-aligning heat sinks have embedded 13.2 (lbf) force-generating clips in the center of the device and solderable feet. This W heatsinks offer the greatest repeatability, maximum heat transmission per unit space, and maximum resistance to vibration and shock. Typical applications include power rectification equipment, vehicles, and laser power supplies.
