OHMITE F and R Series Heatsinks offer multiple extrusion lengths and are black anodized to provide great thermal performance in natural convection applications. The F and R heatsinks come with TO-220, TO-218, and TO-247 devices and provide a thermal resistance as low as 3°C/W. These heatsinks feature vertical mounting with solderable pins. F and R heatsinks operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C. Typical applications include motor drivers, power amplifiers, power inverters, RF amplifiers, switching power supplies, and voltage regulators.
