Murata ZPA Barometric Pressure Sensors
Murata ZPA Barometric Pressure Sensors are capacitive type MEMS pressure sensors that offer low current consumption, low drift for temperature change, and low noise performance. The ZPA barometric pressure sensors consist of a Capacitor-to-Digital Converter (CDC) and a digital block with digital correction, calibration non-volatile memory bits, FIFO, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and I2C interfaces. These pressure sensors have an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and supply voltage range from 1.71V to 2V making them suitable for a variety of applications which includes autonomous mobile robots, activity trackers, and weather observation devices.
