Murata SCL3400-D01 Digital 2-Axis Inclinometers

Murata SCL3400-D01 Digital 2-Axis Inclinometers are designed, manufactured, and tested to meet high stability, reliability, and quality standards. SCL3400-D01 is a high-performance two-axis inclinometer sensor based on Murata's proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is done in a mixed signal ASIC with a flexible SPI digital interface. Sensor element and ASIC are packaged into a 12-pin pre-molded plastic housing that guarantees reliable operation over the product's lifetime. The digital inclinometer sensors include two user-selectable measurement modes, ±30° with 10Hz LPF and ±90° with 40Hz LPF. SCL3400-D01 inclinometer sensors operate from -40°C to +85°C temperature range and are suitable for surface mounting. Typically, these inclinometer sensors are used for leveling, tilt sensing, SHM, and IMUs.
