Murata KX and KY Safety Capacitors are coated with flame-retardant epoxy resin,conforming to UL94V-0 standard. The KX and KY safety capacitors have a voltage rating of 250VAC and operate at a temperature range from -25°C to +125°C. The KY safety capacitors have a dielectric stength of 2000VAC and 2600VAC. The KX have a dielectric stength of 4000VAC. These safety capacitors are ideal for various applications, incluidng AC adapters, AC line filter, D-A isolation, and primary-secondary coupling on switching power supplies.
