Murata GJM Series High Frequency MLCCs
Murata GJM Series High-Frequency Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors operate between 500 MHz and 10 GHz, featuring low ESR and high Q. These devices incorporate copper inner electrodes and C0G/C0H dielectrics to provide stable capacitance across a temperature range from -55 °C to +125 °C.
