Murata Accelerometer Sensors

Murata Accelerometer Sensors are based on 3D MEMS technology and offer a wide range of high-performance analog and digital accelerometers for both safety-critical automotive and industrial applications. The sensing element and measurement ASIC are packaged together in a dual-in-line or dual flat lead plastic package with surface mount and re-flow soldering pins. They are protected from the environment by silicone gel, resulting in exceptional performance and dependability in humid conditions and temperature cycling. Furthermore, the robust sensing element design with over-damped frequency response enables exceptional performance in harsh and vibrating environments.

These AEC-Q100-qualified Accelerometers are available in SCA3100, SCA3300, SCA2100, and SCA800 variants. The Accelerometer sensors feature an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Typical applications include automotive, healthcare, instruments, heavy-duty vehicles, and avionics.
