Murata Power Solutions NXJ1 Series DC-DC Converters are characterized by their compact design and the inclusion of a substrate-embedded transformer. These devices are packaged in a halogen-free, iLGA-inspectable format with enhanced reliability and consistent performance. The NXJ1 series has an MSL rating of 2 and can withstand a peak reflow solder temperature of +260°C. These isolated 1W single output SM units come with a minimum isolation voltage of 4200VDC and a minimum resistance of 10GΩ. The NXJ1 series DC-DC converters find use in applications such as aircraft, aerospace, medical, transportation, and plant control equipment.
