Murata Power Solutions NTE Isolated DC-DC Converters
Murata Power Solutions NTE Isolated DC-DC Converters are miniature surface mount converters that employ leadframe technology and transfer moulding techniques to bring all the benefits of IC-style packaging to hybrid circuitry. The NTE converters feature toroidal magnetics, UL 94V-0 package material, 1kVDC isolation, and a power density of 1.8W/cm³. These devices support 3.3V, 5V, and 12V input voltages with regulated single outputs of 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, or 15V. The converters achieve up to 78% efficiency and operate over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range without requiring a heatsink. Typical applications include automotive systems, industrial equipment, telecommunications, and process control systems.
