Molex Thin-Film Batteries

Molex Thin-Film Batteries use zinc and manganese dioxide chemistry and are designed with a stacked structure that lowers internal resistance. This feature enables higher peak current output and supports efficient wireless communication. The Thin-Film Batteries come in 1.5V and 3V voltage variants and can be bent to fit curved surfaces with a 35mm radius or more. These batteries do not contain heavy metals, making disposal simpler than lithium-based alternatives. Molex Thin Film Batteries operate within a temperature range of -35°C to +50°C and are typically used in consumer, medical, industrial, and IoT applications.

Features

  • Available in 1.5V and 3V options for low-power use
