Molex Ultra-Fit Power Connectors

Molex Ultra-Fit Power Connectors offer a 3.5mm pitch in a wire-to-board and wire-to-wire system. These connectors provide high density, low mating force, and space-saving with a current of up to 14A. The Ultra-Fit power connectors feature color-coded housings to mitigate the risk of mis-mating and optional TPA retainers to significantly reduce terminal backout. These power connectors come with a maximum mating force of 4.5N and a maximum insertion force to PCB of 35N. The Ultra-Fit connectors operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +105°C and offer a maximum voltage of 600V. Typical applications include refrigerators, hubs, servers, infotainment, and ballasts.
