Molex SEARAY Board-to-Board Connectors

Molex SEARAY Board-to-Board Connectors are developed for the large and growing high-density and high-performance mezzanine connector market to accommodate low-profile applications that are not suitable for HD Mezz™ products. The SEARAY Mezzanine Connectors and Jumpers deliver a 12.5-Gbps data rate, small footprint, and robust solder-charge termination. These SEARAY slim connectors also improve airflow to address thermal management issue. The connectors features large lead-in and shrouded terminal housing, narrow body design , and are available with custom copper flex cable jumpers.

The SEARAY connectors provide more reliable termination method over BGA connectors and reduces risk of damage to mating interface that supports blind mating applications. The SEARAY design has superior electrical and mechanical features and circuit sizes range from 40 through 500 positions, and mated stack heights cover 7mm to 17mm. The SEARAY board-to-board connectors are designed for computer, networking, telecom, storage and general market applications with high pin-count devices or memory modules that are mounted on mezzanine or module PCBs.
