Molex VersaBlade Wire-to-Wire Connector Systems
Molex VersaBlade Wire-to-Wire Connector Systems offer superior mating reliability and easy assembly. The VersaBlade connector systems are based on three components such as 1.78mm (.070") wide flat blade tab terminals, multi-configured modular housings, and terminal position assurance inserts. These connector systems feature multi-configured modular housings with color-coding options and a variety of Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) types. The VersaBlade devices come with optional snap-in mounting ears that enable panel-mount and feed-through configurations.
The VersaBlade Wire-to-Wire Connector Systems enable reliable signal and power transmission at 300V and 15A with superior mating reliability, polarization, and easy harness assembly. These connector systems operate from -40°C to +110°C temperature range and are designed with brass and phosphor bronze terminal plating. High-temperature variants support -55 to +150°C, 600V/14A max. power requirements. The VersaBlade connector systems provide modularity and design flexibility for a variety of appliance/HVAC applications such as refrigerators, washing machines, heating units, and ventilators.
