The Molex MX150L Industrial Sealed Connector System is engineered to deliver a durable, environmentally sealed connection solution suitable for both low-level signal and power applications up to 40.0A. Designed for demanding environments such as marine and off-road construction equipment, this versatile system offers wire-to-wire, wire-to-panel, and wire-to-board configurations for industrial use. However, it is not intended for automotive standards like USCAR-2, USCAR-25, GMW3191, AK Testing, J2030, Volvo Technology Requirements, or Toyota Connector Spec (TCS).
The MX150L connectors feature innovative mat-sealed technology, utilizing 1.50 and 2.50mm blade-type terminals. This design eliminates the need to purchase, handle, or crimp individual wire seals, reducing labor costs. The mat-seal consists of a single silicone-based seal with individual wire openings and a protective seal cap to ensure secure retention, strain relief, and protection for the crimp assembly.
These cost-effective connectors integrate all-in-one plug and receptacle housings with pre-assembled mat and interfacial seals, simplifying assembly and reducing additional component needs. They also include Integral Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) and optional Connector Position Assurance (CPA) features to ensure proper terminal engagement and assembly reliability.

The field proven sealed connector system offers a superior operating temperature with a range of negative 40 to 150 degrees Celsius. Rated up to 22 amps, the MX150 form factor delivers lightweight wiring for a maximum operating voltage of up to 60 volts and a minimum dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,000 volts. The pre-assembled terminal position assurance housing, connector position assurance, and grommet cap ensure proper connector alignment for reliable termination in harsh environments susceptible to vibration, moisture, and chemicals. With the USCAR interface and multiple extension options, the MX150 Connector is made compatible across the automotive industry as well as industrial automation.
