Molex MX-DaSH Modular Wire-to-Wire Connector System combines multiple connection types into a single modular housing, simplifying wiring design and assembly. These connectors feature a modular design, flexible terminal configurations, reliable connections, and simplified wiring assembly. The MX-DaSH Wire-to-Wire connector system offers a minimum insulation resistance of 100MΩ and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +100°C. These components have a maximum voltage rating of 14Vdc and a maximum mating force of 75N. Typical applications include automotive, instrument panel-to-body harness connections, and zonal harnesses.

Tracing intermittent electrical issues in a vehicle with an endless mess of connectors and harnesses is about as fun as boxing a porcupine, except the porcupine probably does less damage to your knuckles.  Molex MX-DaSH wire-to-wire connector systems consolidate power, signal, and data into one interface that’s built for tough automotive environments, enabling simpler, smaller, and lighter designs. The connectors use High-Speed FAKRA Mini and H-MTD modules for data and 1.20mm, 1.50mm, and 2.80mm terminals for signal and power connections, with 2.80mm terminals capable of carrying up to 15.9A per contact. The connectors are available with up to 31 circuits and six mechanical keying choices to help prevent mis-mating.  Sealed versions add integrated mat seals with T2/V1/S3 and IP6K9K options.
