Molex Loxon Locking Quick Disconnect Terminals
Molex Loxon Locking Quick Disconnect (QD) Terminals with positive locking help ensure reliable connectivity and prevent loose connections or accidental separation in high-vibration or continuous shock applications. Loxon terminals prevent corrosion and eliminate un-plated (bare) edges for improved reliability and assure optimal safety and performance. These terminals permit use with the most popular size of the quick disconnect and are available with three wire ranges which makes them suitable for a wide variety of applications incorporating this type of connection. Molex Loxon Locking Quick Disconnect Terminals meets most customer requirements for use in harsh environments and also for home appliances and white goods.

Loose connections are like a loose belt, nothing good comes from either. Molex Loxon Locking Quick Disconnects provide a safe and secure connection with a quick disconnect capability. The high current rating of up to 24 amps per contact makes these connectors great for high-power applications, while their use of a positive locking mechanism means that you know when they have properly mated and ensures reliable connectivity in high shock and vibration environments. They support 10 to 20 AWG wires, providing engineers with a ton of flexibility. Finally, with an operating temperature from minus 40 to plus 149 degrees for the terminal and plus 105 degrees for the housing, the Loxon Locking Quick Disconnects are able to survive everything from the heat of the desert, to the frigid poles.
