Molex Compactus Sealed Hybrid Connectors are robust, high-density, automotive-grade solutions designed to combine power and signal transmission within a compact footprint. The Sealed hybrid connectors feature an operating temperature range from -40°C to +120°C and a frequency from 20Hz to 200Hz. These component supports a maximum voltage of 14V and a minimum insulation resistance of 100MΩ. Typical applications include automotive, commercial vehicle, battery packs, and zonal control units.
The Compactus 80-Circuit Panel-Mount Headers are a panel-mount connection system that saves space, ensures reliability, and simplifies assembly and maintenance operations in electrical systems. These are the first 80-circuit product on the market to serve the needs of EV and E-drive manufacturers by providing a space-efficient, sealed, USCAR-standard wire-to-board interconnect solution for applications such as powertrain subsystems, control units, and N-in-1 electric drive (E-drive) units.
