Molex KK Connector System

Molex KK Reflow Process Compatible (RPC) Connector System offers versatile connectors enabling thousands of configurations. These devices are designed to support RoHS lead-free initiatives. The KK 254 series RPC connector system features a maximum current rating of 4.0A and a maximum voltage of 250V per circuit in a 2.54mm pitch package. The KK 396 series has a maximum current rating of 13.0A and a maximum voltage of 600V per circuit. These connector systems offer a maximum contact resistance of 10mΩ, a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500VAC, and a minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ. Typical applications include automotive, consumer, and medical systems.
