Littelfuse Xtreme Series Radial Leaded Varistors handle high surge energy and multiple surge pulses. These components operate reliably at temperatures up to 125°C. The series includes six disc sizes: 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 11mm, 14mm, and 20mm. The voltage range covers 130VAC to 680VAC and 170VDC to 895VDC.
