Littelfuse SP3522 Series Automotive SMB TVS Diodes protect high-speed data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrical transients. These devices feature ultra-low capacitance (0.15pF) to maintain signal integrity in high-frequency applications. The SP3522 series supports ESD protection up to ±22kV (contact) and ±30kV (air) per IEC 61000-4-2 standards. These diodes provide a breakdown voltage of 9.2V, a clamping voltage from 14.5V @ 2.5A, and operate from -45°C to +125°C temperature range. The SP3522 series automotive TVS diodes are available in compact 0201 DFN and SOD882 packages. These components used in USB 3.1/3.0/2.0, HDMI, DisplayPort, LVDS interfaces, and consumer electronics.
