These AEC-Q101-qualified devices feature asymmetrical or bidirectional clamping in a DO-214AA surface-mount package. The TPSMB series delivers 600W peak pulse power (10/1000 µs) with response times under 1ns. These diodes provide reverse standoff voltages from 5V to 550V, clamping voltages up to 828V, and operate at -65°C to +175°C. The asymmetric variants enable dual-voltage protection in a single component.
