Littelfuse ZA Radial Leaded Varistors

Littelfuse ZA Radial Leaded Varistors are radial leaded varistors (MOVs) designed for use in the protection of low and medium-voltage circuits and systems. These varistors are available in tape and reel or bulk pack and feature standard lead form options. The ZA radial leaded varistors are available in five model sizes: 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 14mm and 20mm disc sizes, these varistors offer a broad DC voltage range from 5.5V to 615V. These components operate within a temperature range from -55ºC to +85ºC and a coating insulation resistance of 1000MΩ. Typical applications include motor control, telecom, solenoid, and power supply circuits.
