Littelfuse TRF600 PolySwitch Resettable PPTCs
Littelfuse TRF600 600V PolySwitch resettable Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficients (PPTC) are designed for telecom protection and offer a quick time-to-trip. These PPTCs are available in chip, surface-mount, and radial-leaded forms and protect against damage from power cross and induction surges. With a maximum temperature of operation at 85°C and an interrupt current rating of 3A, the Littelfuse TRF600 PPTCs are ideal for use in a wide range of network equipment and systems, as well as modems, telephones, and fax machines.
