Littelfuse SMFA Asymmetric Series TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SMFA Asymmetric Series TVS Diodes are SMT diodes mainly designed for SIC MOSFET gate protection for asymmetric voltages. These diodes feature a SOD-123FL small, flat lead, low-profile plastic package and a maximum height of 1.08mm. The SMFA asymmetric TVS diodes have low inductance, excellent clamping capability, and low dynamic resistance. These have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C and a stand-off voltage range from 15V to 20V. Typical applications include AI/data center server power supplies and high-efficiency power for EVI.
