Littelfuse SMBJ Series TVS Diodes safeguard sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients caused by lightning and other electrical disturbances. These diodes feature excellent clamping capability, low incremental surge resistance, and a typical IR of less than 1μA when VBR min > 12V. The design supports surface-mounted applications, optimizing board space and offering a low-profile package. These diodes provide 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000μs waveform, operate within a range from -65°C to 150°C, and meet UL V-0 flammability standards.
